New theme launched – HomeQuest real estate
We know you guys have been waiting for this theme for soooo long, but we honestly believe this is a really unique WordPress theme, with complex functionalities and this kind of themes take a lot of time to build. HomeQuest was obviously designed for Real Estate Agencies and Brokers, geared at converting clients and building credibility in the market. It has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want, for displaying real estate content but also has powerful search and filtering options that give your users the ability to fine-tune the searched results and filter them according to their needs, in a matter of seconds.
As you can see from the Live preview this theme is very modern looking, and there are multiple color options and background styles, so make sure you check them all out. Of course, the functionalities are all here: Google Maps that display near-by properties, Shortcodes, Blog, Contact form and lots more.

Awesome. we just love the new HomeQuest theme.
It’s a nice theme and i like the login widget you guys have created, i hope that gets included in future themes.
At $99 it’s a bit pricy and it’s a niche theme which makes it’s use very limited.
But it’s a solid theme and should be useful to those in the real estate business. Sadly it’s no use to me, looking forward to your next work.
I just bid on a website for a real estate client and have been researching premium WordPress real estate related themes.
Homequest is awesome! I love the visual effect of the toggle for “Sale/Rent”. The last added properties on the Home page are terrific. Everything a customer needs to see about the property at a glance.
Footer area is clean, sharp. The entire theme is very professional looking.

$99 – you have got to be kidding me.
Your graphics on the slider and header are well done, however, nothing is unique enough to be the highest priced WordPress theme I have ever seen to date.
I beg to differ Ash. I’m sure you know that graphics is not all that matters (although we feel that design matters a lot if you want to have an original website and not your ordinary tread of the mill template) but all the features and what the theme does and how it does it matters as well. As for the price, I’m sorry but your facts are not right, if you’ll research a bit you’ll easily find that our theme is below par if not amongst the cheapest ones.

I guess, so far you didn’t absolutely research on real estate themes that come with a clean & quick loading professional wordpress themes like this one. If so, of course without asking any questions, you will pay for its design and quality as well as their support!
It’s a very nice real estate theme with some great features.
For those questioning the price, it’s actually very reasonable when compared to other real estate themes available, and also when you take into consideration the extra features and functionality included in this type of theme.
Well done.
It is a fair price when you consider that your getting a framework with the theme and the extra coding that went into it which i imagine was substantial.

I am a Real estate broker from Brazil. I want to buy this theme – it is the cleanest, and nicest theme for Real estate I have found so far.
But my website must be in Portuguese. What would be needed to do to allow viewers to see all info in Portuguese? there’s a translator?

You can easily translate the menu items and all texts into portuguese. It’s not difficult at all. Please post on our Support Forum for more in-depth help.
99 USD for a wordpress template is way too expensive in my opinion. People tend to download it somewhere else if it is too expensive.
Well, I beg to differ, me and the hundreds that already purchase it. The powerful filtering options and all the back end features are worth more then that. And I didn’t touched the design part yet. Of course, if you don’t respect developers work, you tend to “download it” from somewhere else, and you’ll not get access to support and future updates in the process. Cheers.
I´m sorry…not 99 USD but 139 USD if you want to cusomize it – because than you will Need the expensive Version of the template with PSD files.
I don´t know ONE WordPress theme that is that expensive. And especially if you sold hundrets – why that expensive? A few weeks ago I found this wordpress theme on themeforest – now ist gone and only available on your site – by the way: priced much higher than before.
We have worked 4 months creating the special Search modulesfor this theme, and this type of theme has way more functionalities then our other themes, hence the higher price. Also, you say you don’t knwo ONE WordPress theme that expensive. Try the Real Estate themes from WooTHemes and Templatic: they sell for $200 and $189. So, yeah, those were just on the top of my head, but i can find more.
If you want quality in functionalities, design and support you have to pay for it. If not, you will be able to find cheap themes that will make you lose your time and money, and get back to square 1, searching for a real theme.
Well…maybe woothemes sells a real estate template for 200 USD. I found the tempaltic theme for 89 USD on their website. AND: a mobile Version is included in this template pack as well.
So I get back to my Point before: Now 139 USD, before that 60 USD on themeforest.net. WHY?
the Templatic theme is $89 standard and $189 developer. Also, we don’t need to include a mobile version because the theme is Responsive.
We never sold it for $60 on Themeforest, ever. You must be confusing it with something else.
Bottom line, Marco, if you don’t like the theme or its price, please don’t buy it – there are plenty of options. This is our marketing decision and we value the theme at $99 / $139.
