Do you have some support email notification in place?

No need to worry after you posted a support ticket on our AfterCare Support Forum, or check every 3 minutes if we answered your question. We have an automated email notification procedure in place , so as soon as we have an answered for you, you’ll receive an email about it.

We’ll automatically add the discussions where you post a comment to you favorites. When something is posted in any of those posts, you will receive a notification on the email you have used when you created the account on our website.

Of course, if you don’t want to receive the notifications anymore, all you have to do is to remove the posts from your favorites.
