I’ve purchase one of your theme before the major framework update. What now?

As many of you already know we’ve been hard at work, for the last couple of months, on a major update to our framework. Having the new framework ready we’ve started updating all the themes, one by one. more

Can I use one of your themes on WordPress.com?

No because on WordPress.com you can’t run a custom theme and can’t upload plugins. With our theme you’ll need you own hosting not the one WordPress.com provides. more

How do I use the helping psd files to replace my slider images?

The Slider PSD files were made for an easier integration of users images into the slider. What follows is a step by step tutorial on how to use these files in order to achieve the desired results in no time. more

How do I change the write permissions for a folder (or file) ?

As you may already know all the updates to our themes are made directly from the WordPress admin. How this works is that we have some scripts in place that connect to our server, verify if the version on our server is the newest one and then asks you if you want to update. more

What’s the difference between Standard and Developer license?

Every WordPress theme on our website is sold under 2 licenses: Standard and Developer. Besides the WordPress theme the Developer license contains more goodies that freelancer or developers will love. more

Does my theme package include a PSD file?

It depends on what package you have purchased. Only the Developer package contains the Photoshop layered files. The Standard package contains only the WordPress theme.

What advantage is there in buying the package with the PSD file?

The original design in photoshop (PSD files) help you make design and structural changes to a theme. The developer wp theme package is usually bought by design agencies and freelancers who need more

I’ve purchased the Standard license but I need the PSD files.

This happens sometimes when you buy the WordPress theme in a hurry, or you realize that after buying the Standard package you also need the PSD files to make some design changes. more

Which browsers do you test your wp themes on?

All our wp themes are tested on: FireFox, IE7, IE8, Safari, Opera and Chrome. We don’t test on IE6, so if you open our themes in IE6, you may encounter some display issues.
