  2. Max - can you help me with one more thing...

having problems with author ID again on the homepage...

If we create a post - the author shows up fine on both homepage and blog pages.

However, if we change the author for any reason - the blog page author updates to the updated author (ID) but the homepage excerpt stays the same - (keeps the original author ID that created the post) -

so the homepage will have a different author than the actual blog page. -

I am using this short code on the homepage:

    [category_latest_post items="1"]

I thought you fixed this before but.. after i took live it is wonky- which file do i need to tweak?
    thanks!!

  3. Hi,
I just had a look and the link is the same for both posts: homepage and blog page. So, all seems to work fine.

    Cheers,
    Max.

  5. Hi,
did you used here the same theme? I mean did you copied the theme files from that server to this one or you installed a fresh copy of the theme?

    Thanks.

  6. Yeah. We faked it on Staging site by changing alias name in users. It still pulls user iD 1

  9. Hi,
you can have a look in category_latest_posts.php file (library\tfuse_mods\thememodules\shortcodes) and tfuse_shortcode_posts.php file (library\tfuse_framework\functions).

    Cheers,
    Max.
