Hi,
1.) How do I change URL that buttons on a widget link to?Go to Appearance -> Widgets and there you need to replace # with desired link.
2.) How do I assign what email contact submissions are sent to?
Emails are sent to the email address you added in Settings -> General -> Email address field.
