  1. I was proudly presenting the new site I made for my client based on C3 when I found out that the Custom Post Data field doesn't show in IE 8.
Is this a known error? Hope it can be fixed...

  2. Hi,
please provide more details as I'm not sure what is not working. You mean that the field is not visible in dashboard? Or a video or image is not visible on frontend? Can you please provide an example.

    Thanks.

  3. Hi,

I see an empty field in the dashboard (see faked example) when I browsed the wp_admin area in IE8 on a PC.

On a mac with safari everything works fine

    regards,

    Edwin

  4. It's only happening when using the dashboard as an editor or author. When logged in as administrator the Custom Post Data panel shows up again...

In Safari on Mac all these user types work fine.

  5. Hi,
we would investigate the problem and I would come back with a solution as soon as possible. Did you tried any other IE versions or other browsers on PC.

    Cheers,

  7. I used Browserstack.com to test, and there IE 7, 8 & 9 work fine. But when I try at home on my own PC IE8 it doesn't work either.

  8. Hi,
I've tested in IE7, 8 and 9 and all works fine. I can send screenshots if this is required. So the problem seems to be in the computer or the page wasn't loaded completely.

    Cheers,
