Hi Max, I created a new blog page called Hot Topics (showing 7 posts at a time) and made it my static front page. All works well with the exception of the "page 1, 2, 3, 4" menu at the bottom.
Clicking on page 2 or 3 or 4 or any of them gives me the 404 error, page does not seem to exist.
I have not been able to resolve the problem on this and am wondering if it is possible to make my "category : Blog" show up as the default home page somehow?
Any suggestions ?
Hi,
you can't have a category as homepage. When you use a page for blog then it would work fine with default permalink settings. There seems to be a problem with mod_rewrite or .htaccess on your server and this is the reason why is not working with custom permalinks.
