i have a big problem with the contact form and offer forms.
when you send the forms the forms never goes to my mailbox.
please tell me why this happens

Are you using Google Mail? I had unix mail in the host server and suddenly the host disabled it or something because I was suddenly using Google Mail.
The solution is not hard.
Install and configure WP MAIL SMTP
not been tested in 3.3.2 officially but its working for me splendidly.

i used the visual form builder plugin because i have problem with the default form from theme.

When I tested there was the contact form from the theme and it worked for sure. The problem may be that emails sent from there were sent in spam.
