I'm also experiencing 404 errors when searching on the site from pages that are not the homepage or artistry page.
FYI searchform.php is correctly reflecting correctly.

Hi,
did you checked the searchform.php file located in library\tfuse_mods\thememodules directory? It seems that there is the reason of the problem.Cheers,
