Hi,
I've noticed that whenever I add plugins (even shortcodes), extra breaks and paragraphs are added. The plugins seems to work fine with other themes, so I'm thinking its a php or a styling issue. Is there anywhere in the Lifestyle theme coding or styling that adds extra paragraphs or breaks to the content automatically?

For this you have to add the content or shortcodes between the [raw] Contant [/raw] tags, and the wordpress will not generate additional paragraphs.
