Hi
I have looked everywhere for hour to change "About our medical centre" in the About us page and Our services top title and paragraph on the Service page but unfortunately can't seem to find it, as it doesnt seem to appear on the page itself.
Could you please let me know where it would be?

Hi Pascale,
by default there is shown page title but you can display there custom title from Medica - Single Page tab Page Title -> Custom Title field.

I managed to change the about us page, thank you, but I don't seem to be able to do so for the service page, could you please let me know where to change it? Thank you
Do you mean the custom title?
If so, in your wordpress admin panel at the top, click "screen options" and check the "custom fields" box.
Scroll all the way down to where it says "medica_page_custom_title"
Change the text there, see image.
