4. Wait, I *just* bought and downloaded PhotoArtist. THe updates area says there's 3 updates and trying to update via this system gives me something like this for each attempt:

   Downloading update from http://themefuse.com/update-themes/?snip
   Unpacking the update…
   Installing the latest version…
   Backing up files…
   Update failed.

   Do I not have the latest files from the download I just made? Confused. Something else at play here? Thanks.

   FWIW I'm on multisite.

5. Hi,
   please send wordpress installation link, username and password from wordpress dashboard and ftp details to support@themefuse.com and I would help. You don't have to pay anything else. There may be some problems with permissions on your server and this is the reason why update isn't working.

   Please provide the details and I would check.

6. Hi,
   problem was solved. Now, you can install demo content if you would like. This can be done from FuseFramework -> Import menu item. From now all need to work fine.

8. Hi,
   In latest version of wordpress, there were changed some basic functions that we used for theme update and we updated the theme with the new functions. When wordpress is updated to 3.4 and you are trying to update the theme, there comes a problem with some functions that get theme name and this is why wordpress fails.

10. I had the same problem after installing PhotoArtist. I downloaded the latest version from the site - but it was the same version I already had. It's confusing that the latest version of theme and framework aren't in the themes available for download.

    FWIW, this post was the most helpful since it gave specific instructions for changing a couple of files. After editing those files, I was able to update everything just fine.
