This doesn't load anything from theme style in backend and this is the reason of the problem. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable file permissions and maybe they have an idea from where this may come. First of all when wp-admin page is accessed there is returned error 323 with too many redirects which can't be generated by the plugin. When wp-login.php page is accessed there is a blank page. So, the error is from wordpress install or server.
