On the subpages, I would like to be able to align the header and body copy to the left. I will not be using any widgets or sub nav boxes in the left column area. How can I adjust in CSS? Thanks (and thank you for ALL of your help with my questions!).

I've sent the full width template to your mail. Upload the file to your theme folder and then you would get another page template in page attributes.Cheers,
