Is there anyway to have a virtual tour .mov file load with a background?
It opens but on white blank background.

Ho Howie,
the theme doesn't have a built in video player so there is no way to add a self hosted mov file. Do you have a embed code for it? Can you please provide a link to the page where you added it?Cheers,
