Nevermind; I got it. Open the following file:
tf_maintenance-maintenance-page.php
and change the block at line 82 to:
<ul class="ui-tabs-nav ui-helper-reset ui-helper-clearfix ui-widget-header ui-corner-all"> <li class="ui-state-default ui-corner-top ui-tabs-selected ui-state-active"><a href="#tabs-1" class="mail">Â </a></li> <li class="ui-state-default ui-corner-top"><a href="#tabs-2" class="release">Â </a></li> <li class="ui-state-default ui-corner-top"><a href="#tabs-3" class="message">Â </a></li> </ul>
