please give 777 permissions to cache folder. On your server permissions aren't set at all, it seems that there are some security settings that set default permissions for all folders and is not possible to change them from ftp. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to do this for you.

to solve the problem you need to move coffeelounge-parent and coffeelounge-child folders from wp-content/themes/Coffee Lounge Standard/ directory to wp-content/themes directory. Then activate the theme again and all need to work fine. If you have troubles with this. please provide ftp details and I would make the changes.
